A 26-year-old French mechanical engineer from Brittany, now living in Norway for work, is looking for a boat for an east-to-west Atlantic crossing starting in October. He has been thinking about it for a while and has decided to go for it. He currently sails in Norway on a Confort 30 that he and a friend refurbished, and has covered around 200 nautical miles. He holds a coastal sailing licence, is a level 1 scuba diver and enjoys spearfishing, so he is very comfortable in the water. He is keen to get involved in life on board and to help with every task: watchkeeping, manoeuvres and day-to-day chores. He speaks fluent English and French, with basic Spanish. He is a non-smoker, has no visible tattoos and holds no visa. He would be glad to hear from skippers with a free berth, from anyone who knows a skipper looking for crew, or from anyone with advice to share.
