This 26-year-old Frenchman has spent the last two years travelling through many countries on foot or by bicycle, mostly in Africa. His next dream is to cross the Atlantic and see what lies on the other side, in the Caribbean. Once there, he would like to continue on foot through Jamaica, Trinidad, the Dominican Republic or wherever he ends up. He has no sailing experience at all and grew up far from the sea in Alsace. He spent five years in the French army as a tank driver, so he knows night shifts, how to stay awake, and the value of discipline and seriousness when needed, as well as having fun when the chance comes. He wants to learn the basics of sailing during the trip, enjoy the experience and watch the captain closely, with the long-term dream of one day sailing his own boat. He is available now and speaks English and French. He is looking for a novice crew, voluntary or friendship-based position, in a recreational setting. He holds no visas and has between 0 and 100 sea miles.
